Shaun White Snowboarding: Road Trip (Wii, 2008)

When I got this game I thought it was going to be just another game you get bored of in a day. It proved me wrong. When you get on the balance board it's like you're actually snowboarding. It's not as good with the Wiimote, but it's still a great game. All you need is a snow machine! I have no complaints at all.

The game is quite amazing with the wii fit board. the hand controller is still used but all turning and jumping and the majority of the tricks are controlled by your own balance. Before I tried it, I thought it may not be very accurate displaying your movements but it is actually quite sensitive. It is a lot of fun. Enjoy!

The fact that you can finally use the Wii board for something other than Wii Fit is awesome. The game itself only takes about five minutes to learn how to play. There are two ways of playing using the wiimote or using the Wii board and wiimote. They have similar controls but each reacts differently. Personally I prefer the board. It provides a workout and is much closer to actual snowboarding as opposed to using the wiimote. On the other hand if you are tired, and don't feel like standing, crouching and all the movement you have to go through with the board, stick the wiimote.
As for the game itself, honestly I have only had it for a day, it seems pretty basic. The tricks aren't anything special, but pulling them off on the board is instantly gratifying. Not the type of game for hardcore players but something that everyone can have fun with.

If you love to snowboard and you love video games then this is a must have!! It uses the Wii remote like nobody's business and is also challenging enough to keep you occupied for hours!!! Wicked Good Times!!!

When I pay $50 for a game, I expect quality. This game demonstrated great quality. It explains everything you need to know to play the game. Using the wii balance board with the game is a great time. With a little practice, you can feel like a pro snowboarder. A great game and at the top of my favorites!

This has been a great game with the Wii Fit. My Kids love it. It's a lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone who likes to snowboard.

This is a fun and entertaining game for all ages. We love it and can't turn it off. It is even easy enough for our 5 1/2 year old to play.

This game with the balance board is the DEAL!!! Nice burn/workout to your legs, and helps with balance and coordination. My parents even enjoy doing tricks. Very fun with the balance board. Little difficult for me to control but more experienced gamers would do fine. You get a good workout while having fun. I will never snowboard so it is fun to pretend. Much cheaper and less injuries!

Awesome game and good workout. Used with the balance board and it really resembles riding on a snowboard. I wish it came with more directions to get me started but I figured it out. A lot of choices throughout the game as you unlock different things. Endless hours of play. Can't wait to get another balance board so I can do the multi-player challenges. Trying to get more people to play it.

This game for the wii fit is a ton of fun. The first time I played it, I was on it for five hours and didn't even realize how much time had passed. It is a great workout. You don't even realize your are working out until the next day when your muscles are sore from all the squats you were doing on the wii fit board. I am in pretty good shape and it gave me quite a workout. My kids love it too. A little difficult for my 5 year old, but she liked to try it anyway.

I saved alot compared to buying the game new at a retail store! the retail store wanted 50.00 for the game and I paid about 30 for it. the game is real fun, and now all I have to do is buy the wii fit to try playing it that way.
