**CONS**

Large phone. This is not something you can just slip into your back pocket and go.

T-Mobile service only. Of course, this is T-mobile's pride and joy, but the service isn't too great.

You can't use your own pictures and change the background (there are sites to create your own themes, and you can use whatever picture you want)

You can't select an mp3 from the music library and set it to your ringtone (you can cut your own ringtones with programs and send them to the phone via e-mail or text message.) There ARE ways around these but it is a bit of a nuisance as it does not always work.






The Pro's definitely outweigh the cons. It is a somewhat hefty phone but to me, the bulk of it makes it seem that much more sturdy. With a full support team at T-mobile (611 from your t-mobile phone), all of the fun apps and neat ways to customize your sidekick lx 09, I'd recommend this phone to anyone!
