This television is fantastic and I could not have been happier with this purchase, unless of course it was larger. The prices have come down significantly and these televisions are available at a very reasonable price. The picuture is incredibly clear and the sound is very good. Using the S-video I get the most from my cable and the component connection for DVDs make every scene pop. Add to that the ability to modify the view depending on the source of the video and what you are watching, this is the best television I have ever owned. I have never noticed any of the ill effects described with other LCD televisions. The only thing that would make this television better is more advanced audio input capabilities.
I'd consider this something to spoil you, but when you get it; it becomes more of a how did I live without it item.

THIS TELEVISION CAME WITH HIGH STANDARDS ALREADY SET....BUT WHAT I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR WAS JUST HOW HIGH THEY TRULY WERE. I SET THIS BAD BOY UP AND WHEN I SAW MY FIRST CHANNEL IN HD.........I THOUGHT THE LION ON THE PLAINS IN AFRICA WERE IN MY LIVING ROOM! AN UNBELIEVABLE SET. IT HAS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES AND IS SUPER SLEEK IN DESIGN. THIS LCD TELEVISION MAKES A STATEMENT IN ANY ROOM OF YOUR HOME! YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED!

I like the Sharp LCD TV because it has all the best features - resolution, contrast ratio etc and it is HD TV capable. I think Sharp comes in quality just below Sony Bravia and other makes comes below- Of course this is my opinion and may not be true. The reason I bought it from Ebay is the price. I got a very good price never available on stores- It came with all manuals and all original accessories. It is better than buying a floor model from a store. As I expeted it works fine and I am happy with most of my purchases on Ebay

This is a fantastic television--great clarity, great sound. It's compatible with any number of different component connections, and switching among components is very easy. Watching movies on this TV is great--it has a true 16:9 aspect ratio. It's also attractive and sleek. My best ebay purchase yet. This is an outstanding product--I believe it is more expensive than some other brands of comparable size, but it's well worth the additional cost. If you're in the market for a medium-sized, wide-screen, flat-panel LCD TV, this is a great choice.
