I needed something that worked my lower body without it affecting my incision area from previous caserean sections. I have not been able to do any workout on my lower body because I definately feel it on my incision when all said and done, this workout allows me to work my lower-half without the painful side effects. The cardio workout is a bit fast, she jumps around quickly before you learn what the heck you're doing. Overall, it's a really good workout though.

ouch!
) due to my husband being laid off i decided to cut back on somethings so i cancelled my gym membership and decided to get this DVD and i love it w/ the very first routine i could fell my heart going and was already out of breath... then i tried a different 12min work out on it and the next morning i was feeling it in my buns hips and thighs OUCH! in a good way! not pain no gain right? and there was pain so now i cant wait to continue using it and see results...

I have a gym membership but some days I prefer to stay in and that is when I'll pop in this work-out video. This video is excellent! It's definitely works you. I highly recommend it. The first couple times are a bit tricky to keep up with it but you will get it in no time.
