Have had the book for about a month, incorporated the oil usage, and food was no longer an issue. Loss of appetite was tremendous, so I just put good eating habits with the oil. You could use South Beach, Weight Watchers, or any good solid method. The lack of hunger with only around 1200 calories a day, including the oil, is amazing.
I have lost 22 lbs in little over a month, using this method, only 60 more to go. I do limit calories, and junk food, because it is so easy to do, without the hunger pangs...Highly recommend you give it a try.
