Movie Description
After three roommates finally choose a new roommate they think they can live with, they find him dead on the floor with a suitcase full of cash. While trying to remove the body and extricate themselves from the situation, they wade hip-deep into a world of drugs, greed and madness. A delightfully circuitous, nailbiting, and unpretentious noir, with the murder as a MacGuffin--director Boyle, who gained more acclaim across the Atlantic with follow-up TRAINSPOTTING, is more interested in the gradual psychological disintegration of the roommates.

      Hilariously Funny & Twisted!

Shallow Grave is quite possibly my favorite movie. It's full of wit, humor, unbelievable acts...did I mention it stars Ewan McGregor?

This is one of those movies with such a crazy twist you never saw coming! At times the Scottish actors' accents are so thick you feel you need subtitles, but even so, you never miss a beat on what's going on.

I'll sum up this movie's plot by using the first and last sentence of the movie, "If you can't trust your friends, well, what then?".

I highly recommend you go out and rent it today. The ending will make you cheer!
