Shakespeare's Landlord by Charlaine Harris (2005, Paperback, Reprint)

This is a great mystery. Lily is a great new heroine. I purchased this book because it is the same author of the Sookie Stackhouse series. It did not disappoint. Enjoyable characters in the story. I would move to Shakespeare.

I picked up Shakespeare's Landlord by Charlaine Harris after reading and falling in love with the Southern Vampire series by the same author. I was not disappointed! I loved the fast-paced, action packed story line that is apparent in all of Ms. Harris' books. Lily Bard is a resilient heroine who doesn't let you down whether she is doing her job or finding the murderer. For those who love the relationships that Ms. Harris puts together, you won't be disappointed either. Lily is conflicted about what is right and wrong and whether she should or shouldn't with certain guys. Lily is also scarred from a previous experience.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes Charlaine Harris books or similar authors. Or if you are in search of a good murder mystery book.
