Shadow Boxing by Henry Malone (1999, Paperback)

I was advised to buy this book by another Christian Leader. It is a good book on deliverance from demons for individuals who are possessed, demonized, or in bondage to demonic activity on any level. It is just as many other good books on the subject such as "Pigs in the Parlor", "Blood on the door post" or "Deliver us from evil" but not all authors agree in every detail so it is good to see the topic from the viewpoint of more then one deliverance minister. He adequately addresses the subject of whether a Christian can be negatively affected by demons of if becoming a Christian rules out that possibility altogether. Access routes used by Demons to gain access into a persons life are suggested so that a person can close each particular route of access or door so they can stay demon free. His insistance on breaking innner vows which we have made against those who may have wronged us is difficult to comprehend but his remedy of forgiveness to all wrong doers is an easier concept to understand and implement as a way to get inner healing if you are struggling with issues, forces, or bondages you cannot break, or simply feel fearful and powerless in your Christian walk, this would be a good entry level book on the subject because in contrast "Blood on the Doorposts" by William and Sharon Schnoebelen is too deep and detailed for a beginner.
