Adding to the appeal are Tellier's sensuous, crooning vocals, which have drawn comparisons to a young Serge Gainsbourg. While the lyrical themes of SEXUALITY are indeed suggestive and risque, the smooth production and catchy pop hooks should make the surface explicitness more palatable for sensitive-eared listeners. All in all, the carnal subject matter might be a welcome diversion from the heady themes of Tellier's previous studio album, POLITICS.
