This is a very funny interesting series about single women in New York and relationships/sex. You never know what is going to happen next.

Sarah Jessica Parker and her friends experience the relationships/sex life of New York city. They laugh, they cry, learn new thing about themselves, and try to find love.

I like this because it breaks taboos and discusses real issues 30 something women have in the dating world. The only thing that may detore you from buying it, is the amount of nudity in this show. It is not suitable to watch this with children nearby. Other than that call the girlfriends over and have fun watching, laughing, crying, and discussing what this show is about...sex! Also if you liked this you might also try "The L word" its like a lesbian sex in the city.

A great gift idea for any Sex and the City fan. This package includes all six seasons in a great collector's edition box.

I am a guy. I bought the DVD for my girfriend, and she absolutely loved it. She watches a season in about 2 days. This is an excellent gift. Even the packaging alone (in a diary form), is incredible. A 'MUST HAVE' for all Sex and the City fans worldwide.

This show is the best this to ever come out of television, Why can't more shows be like Sex in the city, can you amagine Edith bunker trying some of these girls moves out on Archie? I don't think he would have had quite so much to say...

This was my first time purchasing anything on ebay and was not a good one. I never got the product. I dont recomend the seller or ebay.

I bought the Sex and the City gift set from this seller, and it was shipped late. I did not recieve the purchase until a month afetr I bought it. When I recieved it, the plastic case the set comes in was cracked and broke off. Finally, the DVD's are in poor condition. They skip or just do not load at all. If I would have known I was going to be buying crap, I would have bought from some other seller. I cannot exchange with this seller because it was her last copy, nor will Target or Wal-Mart exchange the set for me. I now have to spend another 200 dollars for a better quality set. I advise another seller.

This collection is the perfect item for the Sex and the City lover such as myself. I treated myself as a birthday present and to be honest, it was the best gift I got! Several discs include all the episodes, bonus footage as well as a nice velvet covered book to house them. The book also contains the story lines, quotes and great photos. Definitely worth the $$$.

If you haven't already bought the original seasons when they were released individually this is the definative collection...even good for the collector...everything is pretty much the same except for the packaging and bonus disc, the presentation is much better (how the DVD set is laid out etc).
Sell the indidividual seasons and buy this one all together! Its worth it.

If you have not seen sex in the city it is time to start, right after to you finish the sopranos. Everything you wished you could talk about with your friends they talk about. The funniest part of sex and relationships and what people are really doing behind closed doors and under tables!

What a was of 145.00 they are bootlegged copies they dont play in any dvd player only in my computer. I sent a message to the seller and no response I wouldnt suggest buying them.

I had gotten this for my self for my birthday! I had wanted it for a long time. HOWEVER... I have made it to season three BUT only because two of the discs have not worked. AT ALL. It was brand new still in shrink wrap...? Thats where the confusion comes in. That and the seller will not get back to me. for almost three weeks now...? That means I have missed out on 12 epsiodes. Yes, their are 6 episodes on each DVD. Which might I add is addictive. Once you watch one you dont wanna stop til you have to switch out the DVD. Hope you have a lot of time on your hands!

The set looked good, the box was in nice condition, but 2 discs in the box set didn't even play. they were very scratched up. :( I am very disappointed when i emailed about refund i got no response!

Scam, completely. They advertised it as a set. It was a cheap, Chinese made set,talking in Hindi, with English subtitles. Vet, very dissapointing purchase. It was my very first purchase from E-Bay!!!. I think you people should your sellers research more carefully. Thankfull, Paypall gave us back the money.

Sex and the City has always been one of my favorite shows, and getting the complete collection just made me love it even more.
The collection is a perfect gift for any Sex and the City fan.
The velvet box and pictures inside are beautiful.
So many great episodes give you something to watch every day of the week.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She was thrilled beyond belief and we have enjoyed watching them together. This show is so interesting to watch how women and men relate to each other in so many different ways. We love all the characters and almost feel that we know them personally after watching all these dvds. My daughter is now back at college and she and her girlfriends have nights where they cook dinner and watch Sex and The City as their entertainment for the night. Absolutely recommend this for anyone over the age of 18!

I watch this week in week out. Whats not to love, great writting, great acting! The box set it great as you dont have to wait.
