THE book to get on knits

This really is the one book to have in your sewing library on working with knit fabrics. It is comprehensive, yet accessible. The only downside is that it has not been updated and the styles are very dated. However, the techniques are just as good as ever and will get you sewing confidently on knits in no time.

) I have read and studied many books about sewing and this is the best one I have ever seen on the topic of sewing with knitted fabrics. The techniques and instructions are particularly useful and easy to understand. And the photographs, many in color, are incredibly luscious. This book will inspire any sewer to dive in and start working with knits!
Sadly, this book is out of print and cannot be found in book stores. It is often priced higher than the book cost new. I have seen it offered as high as $75! I borrowed it from a library last year and fell in love - then began trying to find an affordable copy second hand. It usually goes for around $25-$35 on Ebay.
