Seven Things That Steal Your Joy by Joyce Meyer (2004, Hardcover)

this is an excellent book,and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.It has a lot of scripture references in it, not to mention it even covers some of her own personal expierences with her walk with God.

I love this easy to read straight forward book. It has Christian values and indepth examples that can be easily related to. Not only does it present problem areas it then gives the solutions to overcome them. Highly recommened.

If you do not have joy in your life well well. this book will show you the seven joy stealers. but the book will also show you how to keep it also. so that is awesome. I would tell everyone to go get this book. great book..

I decided to purchase this book because I need to know what those things are that steal my joy! What I love about Joyce Meyer is that she is honest about her weaknesses, struggles and trials. She is real! She is not holding up some front. I can totally relate to her! When she speaks about herself I feel as though she is speaking about me! I love this book and all of her books because she writes about things that relate to my everyday life. And she makes it so real and easy to apply these biblical applications to my everyday life! When she preaches the Bible it is as if it was written just for me and my situations! Her words and teachings are so personal it touches my heart!
I thank God for Joyce's books and teaching! God's word has become more personal to me than ever before!

I bought this book to take a class this summer, but ended up not taking the class. I am still planning on reading the book because I love this author. This book was offered at a great price.

Not too long ago, I finished reading "Never Give Up!" by Joyce Meyer and I honestly have to say that it's extremely inspirational! I had a really hard time putting this book down and often found myself having to force myself to do it.

I believe that if you are a person going through depression, low-self esteem, frustration, etc., this book will help anyone see things in a whole new different light!

Nothing can replace the Bible, however, there is nothing wrong to read another book that can help explain many of the things that you don't understand. I would see this book as a supplement. I feel that it's a MUST-HAVE!

And it's not just a book you can skim through. This is a book in which you have to read carefully and meditate on each of the teachings.

It's a great blessing and I highly recommend it!

I am a joyce meyer fan, I would have loved to have recieved this book, I have many cassettes but no books.

This book is a great teaching book.... it really opens your eyes to see how we often allow ourselves to lose our joy. It's our own fault, and Joyce encourages the reader and teacher us how to avoid falling into that trap.

You have to be ready to let God change your life when you read this book. Learning to receive the grace that is there for you and accept Christ's love may be the biggest challenge of all.
