When a company posts on ebay something for auction. They should have to have the item. I bid on the above item and won it. I paid for it with Paypal. Then a while later I got an email saying that it was out of stock. To my dismay.....I wanted that book. I could get my money back if I wanted. Remember I wanted that book? So I waited, still did not come. I get another email saying how sorry they are and again I could get my money back. It is a big RIP OFF to us and EBAY to have business's operating like this on ebay. What was really the straw the broke my spirit was when I finally decided to get my money back I get an email from ebay saying that I was the bad guy and did not pay for the item and we settled the dispute between us and they wanted their FEES refunded for this sale. I wrote what I thought would get some action but It did not seem to do any good. Companies should not get their fees back when they do not deliver the goods. And how many people order from them and forget about it and they still have the money? Yeah we settled the dispute and I got my money back. But the letter I got from ebay made it look like I never paid for the book. You have to use their company system for paying for an item. It is just not right that they do not have the item in stock. Or was it that the item sold for less than they wanted to sell it for so for they never delivered? Then they get their fees back? that is not RIGHT. I think Ebay should charge them more. But there was nothing for my rebuttal on that form for me to fill out. Believe me, I will think twice before ordering again if ebay is going to refund fees to sellers that get their monies but do not have the product. This has to stop!!!!!! Please call me and discuss this.... I did everything right. They never had the product when they listed it. I gave them time to produce it and I think a month was long enough......FEES SHOULD NEVER BE REFUNDED TO SELLERS LIKE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Something has to stop this fradulent selling and giving ebay a bad selling site. I was the top bidder I paid and they never delivered. Yet they told you it was an unpaid item. This is not right. This has to STOP!!!! Sorry just does not cut it when you do not have the product in the first place. Then to get your fees back. I DO NOT THINK SO. If you allow this to continue you allow us bidders to be SCAMMED out of our money and you pay them to do it by refunding fees............
