Serious Sam (Xbox, 2002)

This game is nuts. It's funny, the levels are really big, the enemies are downright weird, and some of the weapons are kinda strange (a cannon?).

Sharp colorful graphics, excellent sound. There's not much story here, and not much to it, but if you just want a fun shooter to play, this will do the trick easily. Runs fine on xbox 360 too, just make sure you set your xbox 360 console to run in 480p so the picture fills your whole screen.

Well worth the couple bucks you can find it for online.!

If you've ever played a Serious Sam game then you know you are in for some serious fun! The graphics in this game are good about par for when it was released. The controls are pretty much just like any other FPS. The gameplay is so good, really. I'm not into FPS, but this game is really awesome!

The great thing about this game is that it's intense while still being fun, and FUNNY! Sam has some great sayings that will have you laughing out loud. At times this games story doesn't follow but I think because it's supposed to be a comical game. And comical it is! You will kill so many strange looking aliens, you'll see them in your dreams! The bosses are great and fairly challenging.

My only grip is that once in a while there is a slow down, but it doesn't last long. This game is seriously fun, especially if your not a serious first person shooter fan!

Old school but still great fun. Endless shooting and enemies to keep you busy all day with Serious Sam.

The perfect game if you want no strategy and mass killing. Waves of enemies, sometimes hundreds. Your finger never comes off the trigger. One of my favorites.

I bought this game because I wanted big screen gaming and wanted a complete package of all the individual Serious Sam games on the PC. While the game still looks good, it doesn't nearly look as sharp as the PC version. Plus, it doesn't run as smooth or fast as the PC. The control is not sharp like with a mouse/keyboard.

If you've never played the PC version, this game is still a great blast. They compensated for the Xbox controller by making it easier to kill the enemies.
