Sennheiser CX 300 Consumer Headphones

The Sennheiser CX 300 Earbuds Headphones are truly terrible and certainly not a good buy. The sound is much distorted and it certainly is not crisp. It states that it is bass driven but the bass end is truly terrible. Yes they are cheap but they are not value for money. I am a DJ and I have used and continue to use many earphones / headphones and these are the worst I have ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I used to won a pair of Bose Earphones and let me say these are almost as good as those in my opinion. The only thing I would change is the asymmetrical part of them. other than that they are great.

This is my second pair. Simply put, they fit and sound excellent. Cord could be one foot longer, but I can live with it. Best value for the money.

Really great ear-buds! I can now actually enjoy listening to my music. They make my music sound rich and amazing. I use to listen to about a 1/3 of my music because the other songs did sound so great, until now.

Needed a few days to break in but it sounds great now. The bass is what really sets it apart from cheaper headphones. Not so much with the treble. Overall, very good quality for the price.

Very good sound in the category of cheap ear-bud. Slight tendency to loose from ear...but that might be only my problem.

I bought the product because I love to hear quality music.
So I bought these headphones actually are professional, and the price was very worthwhile.

A friend recommended there to me so i purchased them.

The quality is very good, and sound is very clear, BUT! i will not recommend them for people who like soft/mainly pop music, and this is why is choose "good" rating and not higher.

The sound is very "metal", and it's great for people that like Techno/Rock/Goth/etc... type of music, for me listening to pop music with the metal sound wasen't such a big pleasure (so i purchased Sony's earphones that are much better for this type of music).

One of the big benefits of these earphones is the isolation, they stuck to you ears and blocks almost every sound around you, and keep the music to your ears only, and not the enviroment.

So to conclude - if you want earphones that isolate the enviroment, with high volume, and "metal" type sound - then these are the earphones for you, but if you prefer softer sound, then purchase Sony's earphones (i bought the DCR-E21).

Sennheiser is known for its superb earphone sound. for the price of this particular model, it is already a steal. The noise canceling is great. I use them every day going to work in a public transit where all the noise from the bus and passengers are overwhelming. The treble and bass is balance. Exceptional bass sound output.
