Again, this is a keeper. Her recipes are easy, varied, and delicious. Makes the evening after coming home from work a nice, relaxed one.

Semi-Homemade Slow Cooker Recipes 2 by Sandra Lee (2007I loved the idea that this book was by Sandra Lee who I adore, but most of the recipes are not typical and require ingredients which are not readily on hand. I probably will not be referring to this book for slow cooker recipes.

) This is a great cookbook for the winter season. I love that they are such easy ingredients to find in stores. I bought this because I am a very busy mom that does not have any time to prepare meals. I prepare while I am preparing lunch and when we get back from our fun filled day, we have food ready to be served. Love the bbq meatloaf. The left over, I save to add to my spaghetti sauce. So delicous!
