I like it because it works through you sub-conscious mind which prohibs my conscious negativities to interphere. I have listened to the tape each day for a couple of weeks and have definitely noticed a difference in my outlook on everything. I highly recommend it!

Subliminal affirmation cdThe cd was worth the money. The affirmations are said, then played to music which was very enjoyable. Louise's voice is rich and easy to listen to. I do not know if it is effective for change but it is a good way to fight negative thinking by listening to the cd. It can be an lift from the inner chatter of self critism.
