
Easy to follow fast moving with fast results

This workout, which comes from a magazine, that knows fitness inside an out. Delivers a fast effective workout that is easy to follow and does not cause you to get bored with it before you see results. Done in super sets with a little bit of variation, it is perfect for people like me that like deviation while still feeling like you are getting an effective workout. My favorite is the standing abdominal work. Any time I can work my Abdominals without being on the floor I am a happy girl!! The cool down is not my favorite but other than that I would give this a very good rating over all. And recommend it especially for beginners who want results fast!
