the item was just received it is in good condition and seems too have very good recipes in it. after looking at it i know it will be well used.

Covers cooking A to Z. All kitchen terms and terminology. Recipes as examples. Great for anyone wanting to have a better grasp of cooking terms and techniques.

I thought this book was going to have tricks of the trade for use in the kitchen, but mostly it's just definitions. I was hoping for more of a "Heloise Hints" or something like that. But, it's a nice book with some helpful information in it. The equivalincies in the back are good.

The book was received very soon after winning the auction. Condition was great! The material was excellent reading and so practical. A lot of people don't realize how great Southern Living is when it comes to suggestions and recipes for use during the spring and summer months in the North. It is definitely not just for the Southern States.

I love the Southern Living cookbooks. This one reveals some kitchen secrets that make cooking in the kitchen easier and more successful... if I could just remember everything I read!!! Great book
