I have read other books by the author and thoutht they were good so I tried this one. I found the book to be extremely well written and informative. As a physician, there was enough technical and scientific info that I enjoyed it and it was written in "plain English" enough that some one not in the scientific world could learn much about skin care and have a basis to pick a skin care professional.
