Secret Weapons Over Normandy (PlayStation 2, 2003)

All hail secret weapons over normandy! This is a A+ quality game that keeps you entertained. Like Medal of Honor for the skies, the gameplay is great, the progression of the missions, the increasing difficulties of the enemies and the high standards to achieve special upgrades keeps you busy. You get sucked in by the story and I found it quite hard to put down the controller, even after 8 hours in front of the console. The A.I. is fantastic, quite unpredictable, but the nice part is that your planes awarded increase in handling and capabilities, while the enemy planes stay relatively the same. The game remedies this by introducing new enemy pilots and planes to increase the difficulty. This game lets you fly in some of the most pivotal air missions of WWII (Midway, German Bombing raids in England, etc.). I loved this game, made AceCombat look like that old Atari game where you had to fly through barns. EXCELLENT!
