I had been having some dreams that seemed to repeat themselves- very strong visual pictures and in color. No clue as to the meanings, they weren't obvious one's to decipher, so I enlisted the help of a few books. This is 1 of the better I have read. I am moving from New York to California very soon, so I wanted to see what my mind was "saying" or NOT saying ,etc.
This book takes kind of a different approach to dreaming based on imaginative exploration rather than "scientific" analysis. Helped me to understand and learn from my dreams by tracing their hidden significance, including the ways in which dream symbols interact with each other in MEANINGFUL sequences!! (I was beginning to think I was losing my mind).
Also has a 100 page "dream dictionary" for symbols and their significance-great illustrations--sometimes I wasn't sure what the pictures I saw in my dreams were of. A good read. Quite interesting and not what I expected.
