Many true biblical principals, things taught from the Torah, new testament if you actually know the principals, and the meanings/precepts. However be careful, this is very "new age" secular, "I want to feel good", a lie only works if it is "truth full".
So be careful, Adonai provides all things, is the "maker" of the universe, and through HIS son Yeshua all things are possible, these principals have existed long before this DVD, you just actually have to read the "WORD" and really understand, then this will make sense to you.
Be careful not to put yourself above the one that created you.
