This book, as with all cookbooks, has recipes you'll use and ones you won't. Living in the southwest, one can't help but desire recipes for chiles when you smell them roasting on every corner in Aug/Sept! And who can't use a new chicken recipe with a flair? I've not tried many from this book to date, but the ones I have are simple and not very involved, making this a great book from which to choose a nightly meal! The book wipes clean, lays flat and the print is good size!
