Scrolls from the Dead Sea by Ayala Sussmann, Ruth Peled (1993, Hardcover)

If you want to read the actual Dead Sea Scrolls, this is the best text you can get. It pictures the scroll or fragment so you can read it yourself along with the Hebrew text written out for easier reading and an English translation. The last part of the book shows other artifacts that were found in Qumran with the scrolls, like pottery, lamps, cords, baskets, etc.
