Scrabble Complete (PC Games, 2002)

This is a challenging game of words that can be played by yourself against as aggresive a player you want--you get to choose the level of play that Maven(computer) will play against you. Or if you want and have an internet connection, you can play online. There are also several "quickie" games that are limited to small words. Try these as an alternative to the regulation SCRABBLE game. You can also play with several players by adding them to the play list.
You will build your own vocabulary and learn words you never heard of--there is a dictionary, a hint screen if you get stuck with letters you just can't puzzle out, or a down-right list of words that can be used with your letters and the amount of points each word is. But you won't use that much, will you??
Yeah, I use it but it makes me remember the words the next time I play.

I've always enjoyed playing Scrabble, but when you live alone you don't get much opportunity to play. Scrabble Complete is the perfect solution. You can set it to different levels of competency and up the competition if you play against the computer, or you can play by yourself. There are lots of little games, too, for when you don't have the time or desire to play a complete game. Good hint options, too.

This inexpensive, used CD has provided hours of enjoyment and stress relief. My boss even allows me to play at work when my work is complete. I used to do crosswords in the time I usually allot to Scrabble.
I have found that the dictionary is sometimes incorrect and arbitrary-will reject a word that is accepted other times...just a minor glitch in the software. I am so pleased with this purchase.

I love word games, especially Scrabble. I used to play online against the robots to improve my skill. It was frustrating because it was so slow, many thousands of people playing at the same time. The gaming there had many glitches. I saw a PC version of Scrabble here on eBay and now I can play any time, alone or with someone, without the fuss and frustration. The game runs perfectly on my computer and I am very happy with my purchase. Go eBay! :)

This game is just like the board game. It is very easy to use and understand. I recommend this item to any one.

I love to play scrabble. This is a great way to past the time. You have "Maven", an imaginary opponent to play against, and you can set the difficulty level from easy.....to really hard. It's fun. My only complaint is I can't figure out how to minimize the screen, to stop and go to something else for a minute. You have to completely close the game and then reload it again to continue.Otherwise, its a great game to play on computer.

I love the game Scrabble, I could not open this game, it would download, but when I would go to open it, it locks up my computer, my computer is old, I'm sure the game would be enjoyable

I like the game in general because I have been looking for Scrabble for my computer for a long time. It's just like the board game and I love that it has different levels. I don't like that each every time a new game is played I have to select the computer as a player. I would think it would automatically make the computer the default second player, but besides that I enjoy playing.

I loaded it on my laptop; it's a great way to pass time while at the airport or waiting room. My daughter loves its! Helps her to build her vocabulary.

This is a very simple to run game for PC. It installs easily, it's easy to figure out how to play even without reading any instructions, and the game looks good in play because the graphics have the familiar look of the actual Scrabble Deluxe board game. I also like that I can adjust the difficulty when playing against the computer. Scrabble Complete is exactly what I wanted! It's great for any level of PC user.

I bought the Scrabble Complete (PC Game) I like the fact that I received the merchandise in a short period of time, I enjoy playing the game my only dislike I cannot minimize the screen while playing, I have to close the program if I need to work on any other project on my PC that is very annoying wish there was a way I could fix that problem

The game and program itself are good but I wanted to play Scrabble against another relative online. It doesn't work. You need to subscribe to a online gaming website and I didn't want to pay the fee or have to deal with pop ups.

I am enjoying this game very much. Would recommend it to anyone who likes to play scrabble. The seven levels of are very challenging.

I bought one for my self and my husband, loved it so much, had to buy another for my sister! What one minor thing I didn't like, is that you have to insert the CD every time you want to play it. Then, my husband forgets to take it out of the computer. Other than than, absolutly no complains.
