
Schaum's Outlines Mathematical Handbook of Formulas and
has just about everything tabularized that I can think of. indefinite integrals, fourier and laplace transforms, and a few others that I haven't seen in two years of college math (200 lvl +). I think it would be fair to call it exhaustive.
