This movie takes over where Scary Godmother (I) left off. Young Hannah Marie in the last episode made friends with her Scary Godmother and was introduced to all her spooky friends. They proceeded to ban together and scare the pants off Jimmy, the neighbor bully. In this second episode Jimmy struggles to ruin Halloween for everyone. Will Halloween be stricken from the calendar? Or will Hannah Marie and her friends find a way to make Halloween fun for everyone? This is a fun family Halloween movie for all ages. Even young children will respond to the computer generated Werewolf who is a ham and the delightful Scary Godmother.
