I was born the same year as Howdy Doody. As I told my grandchildren of my life and TV as a child, they became very interested in Howdy and Buffalo Bob and all the other characters. My 8 yr. old granddaughter is reading the book right now and all her school friends are interested in hearing about all the other stars of the show. One friend of hers has said that the picture of Princess Summerfallwinterspring is going to give her nightmares. The book is here for all of us to read and enjoy.
