My brother gifted me with this book for Christmas and I immediately bought this one for my daughter. It is a must. The photos and some of the BEST I've ever seen in a cookbook. I love the "rich" heritage of the Authentic American recipies in this book. I feel as though I have traveled around our great country when reading this book and especially cooking out of it! I look forward to more editions in the future. A must book for any cooks library. I'm happy it has joined mine!
