Save the Last Dance (DVD, 2001, Widescreen)

Save the Last Dance has been one of my favorite movies since it has come out. I think the music chosen for the movie in perfect and the area they picked (East Chicago, I believe) brings a lot to the story. It reminds me of home since I am from near that area.

The cast is perfect and the dancing is spectacular!

I like this movie so much, this movie blend the ballet with hip hip very well. Cool... very creative movie. Highly recommended for those who are looking for new style of dance.

I like that there is dancing in this movie and how it shows that even in the worst of times that you can still make your dreams come true. The reason I bought this movie is because I wanted to get it again to have in my collection.

I just love interracial movies, because of the controversial elements they bring with them. I disliked all the shootings and stuff, for it was supposed to be about ballet and interracial romance.

This is a remastered movie from VCR to DVD. I have been searching for this movie for a while. Was delited that I found it. I am very pleased with the movie.

Good movie with great soundtrack. Bringing a new light to street dancing. The first view of the stage performance & street together as one. This made way for a whole new line of dancing in the movies, stage & streets. All around good movie.

I have fallen in love with this movie since I first seen it on cable, and had to buy it! My kids love to watch it and dance to it too!!!

I fell in love with the movie when I saw it on television, and just knew much had been cut. I wanted the whole movie, and I really do like it. And, quess what - I'm a white, nearly 60-yr old lady. I've watched the movie many times over.
