Absolutely beneficial especially to those first time nursing students. Topic summaries and rationales included. Must-Buy!

Like how the book is broken down by body systems and nursing specialties aides in studying specific. Great resource and the CD provides great test taking practice.

This book is a great refresher for preparing for the NCLEX. I find it very informative with detailed information needed to review for the exam.

This book is loaded with information that is helpful to the RN student to pass the NCLEX. It is an easy read and very clear about the information.

I bought the NCLEX review book to complement my med-surg nursing text. It has helped me to achieve better exam scores. My med-surg textbook has case study scenarios but does not contain sample questions. This is where the NCLEX book has been a great benefit. I also appreciate that the NCLEX book is divided by body system and offers brief recaps, explanations of disorders, and focused nursing processes in addition to the sample NCLEX questions; all of this is helpful.

The NCLEX book is not all inclusive, however, and does not replace the med-surg textbook. The only section containing hematology, for instance, is in the infant section.

This book is a great review to prepare you for the nclex exam. I purchased it while I am still in nursing school as an aditional review tool before each exam. It helped me a lot. It summarizes concepts very nicely. Love the full color pages and the chapters organization. Great job!

Concise, easy to read. I have been using this book as a replacement for some of my lengthy textbook, and getting great grades in those classes. I hope it helps me pass the NCLEX.

I am a nursing student and I bought this book because I had used it with a friend and found it very helpful. I use it when studying for a test as well as studying for the N-Clex. It has very good information that is clear and easy to understand

This was the main book I used (but the prior edition) i.e. 65% of the time when I was on the treacherous road towards my RN license...a must-have for all RN license applicants...

One thing that needs improvement:

Questions must resemble the real NCLEX-RN more. Past users will know what I am talking about...

This book gave me an overview of all the materials. But the questions were easier than the real n- clex questions.

I checked a lot of places to see where I could get the best buy for the Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN, 4th Edition, and eBay won. I was so excited to receive my book at a reasonable price unlike some of my school textbooks. I like the way the book is formatted and the rationales used in the book. The book seems to have everything I need in it to succeed in my studies. Overall, I would recommend surfing eBay before you make any big purchases in textbooks for school.
