Saunders Comprehensive Review For The Nclex-RN Examination by Linda Anne Silvestri (2005, Revised, Package)

I bought this book because my instructors recommended it but I wish I had bought it during school because it would have been a great review before my tests in school. I have not taken boards yet so I don't know how well it has prepared me for that but I feel like it has me ready. I bought 2 different nclex books this one I like much better and the book portion is broken down into sections which is great. I would recommend this book to any nursing student getting ready for boards and also would recommend it for anyone still in nursing school.

Excellent review. I passed my NCLEX-RN in 75 questions! CD-ROM is included for a break from text studying. Overall, I found it to be an excellent study resource.

I loved this book in nursing school! It not only gave you the rationals on the correct answers, but also the rationals on why the wrong answers were wrong. All of my nursing exams were NCLEX style and this book really helped me prep for all of my courses, from peds to med/surg to mental health. The mental health portion was a lot more in depth than a lot of the other books and gave a great section on medications. I would suggest this book for any one in school or getting ready for the NCLEX. It is a must have, but I suggest getting other books, such as lippencott or mosby to complement.

This book was suggested by my nursing instructors as a supplemental study tool. So far it has been a great recap of the material that we've covered. It hits the important info.

It is really a wonderful book. It help me a lot for my exams. The think which i like about this book is the questions are divided with system and it has good note. Buy it you will really enjoy it.

The book was not sent on time, not in the right condition and he said it had a cd but got none. I am still waiting for the said cd, he never responded to my emails. Can I send this book back because i really need the cd and i am going to buy another book (same title and author) if i did not hear anything from the seller, what do i do?

I bought the Saunders Comprehensive Review For the NCLEX-RN examination a mounth ago aproximately. I didn't finish to read it all, but I could see that is an excellent way to prepare the exam, is clear, concret, easy to follow it and the CD is very usuful.

Very helpful for all nursing students. Much of the info contained in this book can be seen on the boards. It is also nice to be able to use CD to get used to testing on a computer prior to boards. This is a must have for NCLEX preparation.

I like the book and am glad that the seller was honest about the book's description. Hopefully though, next time, please include the cd.

After two weeks of waiting for its arrival, i contacted the seller who told me he sent it out right after i won the bid. after another week, i believe, i contacted him again to say i still hadn't received it. he told me he had just gotten word from post office the envelope was found with nothing in it. he was very gracious about refunding me immediately, but i was very disappointed since i could have gotten several others if i had known i wouldn't wind up with his...it's a nursing student resource book. i don't fault him for his handling of the situation, perhaps just better packaging.

My teacher swears by this book and it really is a great tool to help in the various topics you may cover while it nursing scholl very very helpful

I bought the book to help with nursing school. I only used the book a little bit so far. I looking to use the book in preparation for NCLEX review.

The book was gently used, and I bought it on the condition that it came with the origonal cd...however, it was packaged poorly (in brown paper much like a grocery store bag, and the package was torn with no cd inside....when I contacted the seller he stated the cd was in the package prior to mailing, and apologized for the shoddy packaging, claiming the post office "wrapped it" for him...was dissappointed not to get the cd as it was very importnat, and thought that the package should have been shipped in a "postal box" or something that would have protected the contents...was charged $5.00 for shipping, and it cost $2.99 to mail,would have spent a little more to assure delivery as promised
