Saturday Night Live - Best of Eddie Murphy (DVD, 2004)

There was one particular Eddie Murphy episode about The Hot Tub that I was looking for. There was no store here video or otherwise that carried Eddie Murphy Saturday Night Live. I went to e-bay Duh! and was impressed with the selection. When Eddie Murphy was on SNL with Bille Cyrstal and Jo Piscopo--those were good years. I was very happy when we purchased it, played it and found the episode was the first one on the dvd. I would highly recommend this for a good laugh!!

This is a great DVD for the babyboomer generation. The humor has relevence to people of that genertion. It is very funny and worth seeing.

We purchased this DVD to add to our collection of other "Best of SNL" DVDs. I don't know if this one was quite as funny as the Chris Farley or Adam Sandler one but we are enjoying it. I would not recommend this one for children under 13 or so due to the content. My son is 8 and I have allowed him to watch the Chris, Adam, Alec and Mike DVD's but this one was questionable. ('How to be a ho; 'Word for the day - SCUMBUCKET') In any event, I love it and it brings back memories.........oh to be young again! My favorite skit is the James Brown 'Gettin' in the hot tub'! What a classic!

I have always been an Eddie Murphy fan of his SNL days. He was the bomb! This is a great compilation of some of his funny skits but there were many, many more. I hope they come out with another. But this is a great start!

Ok if you love Eddie Murphy this is the video for you!! It's all the memorable highlights of him on Saturday Night Live. Wow, makes you go waaaay back. But they all are hilarious!!

this is a must have. all of the great characters he did on sat. night live are on this dvd. funniest thing i have seen in a long time. you can watch it over and over again and it is still funny.

Very funny! Many classic moments of one of the biggest stars to come out of SNL. Gumby, Mr. Robinson, Velvet Jones, they are all here!!!!!

We love Eddie Murphy, always have. And this video is all classic Eddie, Eddie at his best. We loved it, and would recommend it to anyone. We laughed so hard we cried.
