Robert Forster is as good as always in this film. The plot unfolds in a fairly predictable manner and I disliked that aspect of the movie. What I liked is its dealing with the world of the occult and the consideration that twisted and perverse criminal acts sometimes have their origin in an underworld that few are exposed to.
