It's only 20 minutes, but it's a good overall workout. Sara Ivanhoe knows what she's doing and is a good instructor. She tells you how to do the exercises to avoid injury and she gives you alternative ways to do the exercise, depending on your fitness level. She has other workouts, all are excellent. If you don't have an hour to do an exercise program, you need these dvd's.
