This phone will not last 2 years

This is a great phone.
If it didn't have problems with the earpiece failing, I would give it 5 stars.
We have 30 of these phones and soon after the one year warranty ended the earpieces started failing. I have had Sprint repair 6 so far at a cost of $35/ea.
The nice thing is that if at 14-16 months into your contract your earpiece dies you can take it into a sprint repair store and get a refurbished replacement for the $35 fee since they usually can't repair it at the store.
One of these failed while still under warranty and the Sanyo people returned it un-repaired and said it was "water-damage" which is a load of crap. So I give Sanyo warranty support a big ZERO.
Motorola ALWAYS fixed my defective phones when under warranty. They get 5 stars with me.
