Redd Foxx and his chitlin circuit cohorts made this one of the funniest shows of the 70s. These 17 DVDs contain every episode made. Although some of the episodes show up on cable, you'll be amazed at how many you'd forgotten about, or maybe have never even seen.
As Fred would say, "Elizabeth, it's the big one."

I like it because it was the complete series of sanford and son .I decided to buy because it was a great deal at that price ..complete series of tv shows on dvd are hard to find in stores or if you do find them they are very costly .I like shopping on ebay because you can always find what your looking for at a great price

If you grew up with Sanford & Son and liked it then, you will love it now. I laughed so hard my stomach hurt at times. If you're not familiar with this most excellent 70's TV show, give it a try. WARNING: The use of the word "nigger" is used in the first couple of seasons and might offend some of the thinned skinned folks who have been trained by popular news media to think this is some type of "dirty" word, it's NOT and was used quite often to reference some folks as black or dark skin colored. No biggy really.

The box itself is compact and holds all the DVD's nicely and will store easily.

all of the sanford and son episodes in one dvd set is amazing, regardless of no special features or extravagant packaging. if you love sanford and son for what it is than buy this set. dummy.

Watched this series all the time even though I am white. It had/has humor and a punch line. Red Foxx was a great comedian. His foils added to the fun.

All the discs (k) worked like they should. This is a great bargain. Wish they would have made the DVD cases all the same for uniformity.

What i don't love, like, is that the first two cd's i got skipped a lot, i don't like that at all, no bueno

Well I had the movie and I moved and lost it.I refuse to live without it, The stories remind me of my father.

Great Show..... Loved having the whole series availible. I decided to buy for the memory of the show and the fun.

Wife and I have not got all the way though them yet. But we have injoy watching. Don't like that the cd were all together and not in cases. we bought them because we injoy the show.

It was what I was looking for and the price was very good. It just took a little longer than all the other items I've ordered in the past.

If your and old Sanford and Son fan this set is pretty good. If your worried about special packaging with extras this is not for you. It's a great set if you just want to see the old episodes, the packaging is ok, but for $30 bucks I'm not complaining.You might want to check your set, my disks were not in series order.

This is a great DVD to add to my library at just the price I was looking for. It is hard finding these classics from the 70's, but I have this one and my little girl and I will be spending countless hours laughing at JJ Evans. Great show. Thank you

I love the series. DVDs were in excellent condition. Delivery was a bit late. But i wasn't in a hurry. Transaction was smooth.
