The Sandlot (DVD, 2006, Widescreen; Sensormatic)

This is a classic movie. I can watch this over and over. Great fun and excitement. Truly team work. The neighborhood kids gather at local 'Sand lot' to play ball. Benny Rodriquez is just hooked on baseball. He gets the neighborhood kids to play every day. There is one kid, Smalls, who is clumsy as all heck. They're playing and the ball flies over the fence where they believe this killer dog / monster dog exists. It's quite funny and they are pretty clever. They also learn who Babe Ruth is as well as his friend George. A great movie to add to your collection.

This movie is a classic in our household, the VHS just wore out. Kids' requested it for Christmas, and we've watched it several times already. Brings back all those feelings from growing pains and the fun kids have when they're not watching the boob tube/playing video games! Makes you want to go watch a baseball game--pro or sandlot--you pick!

This is a very cute movie. My boys enjoy it and watch it over and over. These kids that don't really fit in the CROWD make a baseball team. They learn to work together to accomplish a goal. It has a funny story line and humor througout the movie that makes you laugh. There is also some childhood suspense. It is a GREAT well rounded film.

This was a gift for my son and he just loved it when we seen it elseware so we just had to get in so when I looked online the wonderful Ebay there it was and a Great Seller and we bid and the next thing WOW we won the bid and he was so Excited that we won the bid and then he keep watching the mailbox everyday then the day came that it arrived and He was so Happy and Excited !! my 4 year old daughter loves this movie. it was one of my favorites. so when i saw how much she liked it i had to have it. one of the best family movies ever.

As far as kids movies go, it's a classic. Great movie about mischievous kids playing baseball. Beware of the Beast!

This movie on my opinion is an American classic. This is one of my all time favorite movies. they don't make movies as good as this anymore! if you haven't seen this movie, see it.

I watched this movie when I was younger and thought that my 7-year-old son would like it for Christmas. He has watched it over and over. The first day we put it in the DVD player, we watched it 3 times. He laughs hyterically through much of the movie! He even acts out certain scenes and then has me say what anohter charcter would say during that scene. It's a great movie for the whole family, but there is a scene in the movie for the "not so weak stomach" movie watchers. Great movie!!

The Sandlot is the premier baseball kid movie and it is a delight for adults also. It brings you back to a simpler time when winning the game is everything and summer time baseball games are spontaneous and enjoyed passionately. My whole family loves this movie and has for years. In fact- this is a present for my 24 year old daughter!

I love the way this movie was made. It takes people back to their childhood memories. It shows the silly but truths about morals, but having fun in life and you will be successful.This is one of my favorite movies. =)

kids had watched this movie many times and loved it. decided to buy it for them so they could watch anytime they wanted. they were excited when they saw it and have already watched it a few times. a movie for kids but can be entertaining for most anyone.
