Great MP3 Player

I have very much enjoyed my Sansa Fuse; high quality sound, voice recording, expandable... a great deal for the money. I have been using it to listen to music while walking to classes then I switch it over to record lectures to substitute the notes I take, and it has not given me any problems. Just a click and drag while connected to a computer to add or remove music or recordings, items can also be deleted on the go. I have not tested the longevity of the battery, but it serves my needs for playing music ~3 hrs as well as recording ~ 4 hrs of course material each day. I like the expansion slot, for less than ~$20 you can add 8 gigs to your player. The Fuse places any music on the extra drive right in there with everything else so you don't need to sort through and find the music in another area.
I do not use my Fuse to watch videos, but as you can probably tell, the screen is small. I have tried it and for the screen size it was not too bad. The converter required was downloaded from the manufacturer’s website and allowed me to take my divx videos and place them on the player (I did not have a problem with any of the file types I tried to use). I have video editing software on my computer and was able to shrink the size of the video file before converting it and saved a lot of space. All in all, if you want to watch a lot of videos find another mp3 player.
The only other thing I can think of commenting on is the headphones, the buds that come with it are ok, but I quickly decided to buy a new pair. The sound quality was wonderful with better headphones.
Overall I find this to be the best player for my needs, I am very satisfied.
