SanDisk Sansa Clip (2 GB) MP3 Player

I bought the Sansa Clip for my son for Christmas. I knew my husband wanted an MP3 player also, so I bought him one too. Of course we couldn't wait until Christmas, so my husband and I thought we would try one out.

It is absolutely amazing. First, it was much smaller than I thought it would be, barely bigger than the Ipod Shuffle. It has a detailed, vibrant display. My mother did strain a bit to see it though. She is older and it is pretty small. My husband and I had no trouble reading it.

I love the ability to create your playlists on the computer and sync them to the player. Right out of the box, I was able to put over 200 hundred songs on it in a matter of minutes. Downloading to it was very fast. The way it is organized is amazing. You can browse your songs by genre, artist, album, playlists or just play everything on there. Also has an FM radio. Worked just fine also. Has 40 preset options.

You can shuffle or repeat the entire player or individual playlists. It has an equalizer with several presets, and an option to set a custom EQ. Another cool feature, you can play a neat EQ graphic once the song is playing. (kind of like a screensaver) The sound quality from such a small player was amazing also. My husband and I both were dumbfounded that this tiny little thing could sound so great and do so much! The clip works great too.

It was very easy to use. This is the first MP3 player I have ever owned or used. I was amazed at how easy it was to get started using it. You do have to charge it before the first use.

I could go on and on all day, but here is my summary:

PROS:
PRICE!! I got mine for under $40 for a 2GB.
SIZE. Very small, you won't even know you are wearing it.
FUNCTIONS. Great display, super organized, EQ settings, easy buttons and more!
CLIP and GO! Clip grips well.
BATTERY. Long lasting. I haven't had it die on me yet, even after hours and hours! Rechargeable.
FM RADIO. Forgot to mention that!

CONS:
BATTERY. NOT removeable. Can't listen while charging on the PC.
HEADPHONE JACK. Would have been nicer if it was on the top, instead of the side. Not a big deal though, unless you are really picky.
SIZE. We have already misplaced it and it is not easy to find! Smaller than a credit card. (thicker though, of course)

I would recommend this player to ANYONE. Inexpensive, sleek, multi-functions. 2GB holds up to 500 songs, depending on size. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cute little player. I bought one, brought it home and played it. The next day I went back and bought five more! All my family is getting one from me for Christmas this year. :o)
