It doesn't work. I researched the best products and prices for a week before I placed a bid and won this item on ebay. It came factory sealed with the usb cable connection, earphones and directions. I connected it to the computer (Windows XP system, charged it and then fired it up. NOTHING. My computer saavy son was home for the long weekend (thank goodness :) and tried his hand at it for over an hour and determined that it was NO GOOD :( I returned it for a full refund. A brand new factory sealed bomb. MGB
