From Genndy Tartakovsky comes the second season of the 2004 Emmy Award Winning Series for Best Animated Program: Samurai Jack. In brief, Samurai Jack's homeland was destroyed by the most evil creature on Earth, a being named Aku. When Jack attempts to stop him, Aku opens a portal in time and sends Jack into the future, a future which Aku controls. Samurai Jack now quests for a way to return to the past and "undo the evil that is Aku".
Season Two features some of the best episodes of the series. Episodes include the second installment of the Scotsman, the battle against Demongo, the battle of the Spartan like warriors against the robot horde, and of course the Coliseum of Doom. One of the best animated and scored episodes of the series is also included where Jack finds his home and remembers what it was like growing up there.
Even though few extras are present, the set includes 293 minutes of classic Samurai Jack and it is well worth the money.
