This phone is a great inexpensive phone in a nice little package! First off, this phone is black and gray, while many people say its blue. Thats a different model. Anyway, this is a feature packed phone, I will try to cover as many as I can. First off, this phone has a great internal screen. Colors are very vibrant. Yes, this phone also has an external 4 scale gray screen. Next the camera/camcorder. The camera is great on this phone, even though you cannot mute the "shutter" sound. The video recording is good, but is very short, only good for small clips. I always have service with this phone (its unlocked running Cingular) but I always seem to have service. The ringtones are not that great so I would recommend getting a data cable and software from eBay to clip and transfer with your own tunes! Overall, I love this phone and think you cant go wrong with the purchase of the Samsung T309.
