Samsung T240HD 24 in. LCD TV

This is a good product. Menu is user friendly and image is very good. Sound quality could be better as a stand alone but with a receiver connected, it's not an issue. I was dissappointed to find the stand mounting base cannot be removed so this is not suitable as a wall mount TV but it does work well with a (peerless) hanging mount from the ceiling.

bought this tv about three weeks ago and ever since it arrived in my home it has become a member of the family.the picture quality is awsome.with the clear crisp colors and the full hd capability and the easy to use remote control, i am pleasedto own such a great product.

This product may have an identity crisis as far as whether it's a television or a computer monitor. I mostly use mine as a TV, but sometimes I hook up my laptop to watch movies. They great thing is how many options there are for connecting devices. HDMI out the nose, DVI, RGB, coaxial, all that you might need or want. I love this thing!

The samsung T240hd tv has a great picture with very high resolution.
The TV is very light wieght and easy to handle, it is also very easy to install. It comes with complete set up instructions.

I had to wait a week before testing the monitor so I was really nervous and anxious for that entire week. Once my desktop was up and running I tested both the VGA and DVI inputs, which both worked perfectly. When I first got it, I immediately tested both the cable and component inputs and I didn't get too excited that they worked because I knew when bid on it that there was little chance I was going to use those inputs, although they are nice to have. I had a friend bring his PS3 over to the house and that's how I tested the (2) HDMI ports, which work as expected also. I am very happy with this monitor. It is replacing an OLD OLD 20" Viewsonic CRT and is my first flatscreen. Samsung makes a great product and I would recommend them to anyone. As far as the seller goes, no complaints there either. I have read reviews where people complained about not receiving there monitors in the same box it originally came in. BIG DEAL. I could care less what kind of box they shipped it in so long as it was properly wrapped and secured inside the box with contoured styrofoam. They also took a blank CD-R and burned both the drivers and .pdf user manual, which I wasn't expecting. I hope it continues to work as long as my 20" CRT worked for me. Happy with the item and happy with the seller.

Quality for the price, picture clear! I have mine hooked up to cable, my PC, and my Xbox 360 and it displays them all flawlessly. Since it's made by Samsung, you get nothing less than the best. Don't go after cheap imitations, buy Samsung and don't regret it. I also bought a 3 year warranty for mine from Squaretrade for $30.

This TV is perfect. My computer looks great on it, movies look great, tv does as well. It's just the right size for a room or small living room. The best part is the price. I couldn't believe it was refurbished, there was not a single mark or blemish that would indicate that it was anything but new. I have no complaints whatsoever, if you are looking for a 24" tv or monitor, this is it.

This TV was all I expected and more. It was very easy to install (We have Dish network). I would highly recommend this product to anyone. In this case, it was a refurbished unit, but my theory has always been if a manufacturer can't get it right the first time, they'll certainly try to correct it the second time. Needed a TV to replace a 12 yr. old CRT 31" in our bedroom. Wanted an HD TV,and around a 24" size. Read the reviews about this Samsung from multiple sites and decided to purchase from this seller on EBay based on a great price. Was not quite sure if it was a refurb, or just an open box item, as the description only said "open Box". Ordered anyway based on the sellers feedback and other reviews of the tv elsewhere plus a 3 year warranty. Have not been disappointed in any way. The TV looks great, and has performed flawlessly so far.(about 6 weeks) Can only recommend this TV and the seller in a Total Positive way, because of my overall experiences and ultimate satisfaction. I havent had the product very long. But I can say this, its the best "smaller sized" HDTV Ive ever seen resolution quality wise. If you're looking for a great HDTV that's not hugely out of budget, this should be your pick.

Good as Tv and even better as monitor,you can't go wrong with this model,nice and easy setup and alots of setting such as color ,input ,i was really impressive and tales very little power .

The shipping came in good time from Chicago-Area to the Bay Area. Packaged just fine, no issues. The unit is refurbished, and a 24" for $235. I couldn't find a comparable TV for under $300 when I shopped around this weekend in the retail stores, AFTER I bought this one. Free shipping and no sales tax cinched the deal for me! The only thing is, the sound is very tiny, but I use the headphone out jack on the side of the tv unit to pipe the sound to a decent pair of computer speakers. I'm limited on space... but I would NEVER try to listen to the speaker that comes internal with the tv, it's quite inadequate. Last thing, I wish the HDMI2 port and the headphone jack had connections in the back. I use this as a great extra computer monitor, and watch Netflix and Hulu movies on it... but I would like it if the cords to connect my computer and audio inputs could be hidden in the back...

I bought this display primarily to use to connect to my laptop. At first, I was a little worried that a TV/LCD wouldn't be able to live up to my expectations of an LCD display, but this monitor does it all. Most of my friends don't even suspect that it has a TV tuner in it. I consider this a monitor first, and a TV second. The design is appealing, and the picture is sharp and the colors are vivid. For the price, this monitor can not be beat!

The picture on this TV is a bit dark, but I was able to lighten it up a bit. The picture quality is excellent. The sound isn't the greatest and is typical for TVs of this size... but for the price it is a gem! The TV came packaged nicely and ready to plug in!

I can use it as PC Monitor and also use as TV when needed.
It has all connections needed to connect latest technology.

Its a great tv. The only downside is it is almost impossible to turn on without the remote because the power button is so awkward. Other than that it was a great buy!
