the tv has a good clear pictures.my kids love it cuz of how bright and vivid the colors are when they are watching cartoons.the sound is very crisp and clear like when i turned it on i could tell the difference between my old tv and this one.

This tv is absolutely beautiful. Sleek and clean looking. However, the speakers have a hollow sound and the picture isn't sharp; kind of fuzzy. It was easy to set up. I am disappointed with the quality and wish I had gone with Toshiba.

The Sansung LCD screen is very clear and the color is just great.The only problem that I experienced was that I assumed that it was like all other flat screens that I had seen and was equiped to be mounted on a Wall mount....Not so, this unit only sits on the stand that is provided and can not be mounted on the wall or on an adjustable wall mount..............

First I considered the brand reputation, then saw the convenient price and then I said, it's time to upgrade. My largest monitor (LCD 19") was getting crammed with multiple windows and trying to watch the latest CSI episodes in HD was not cutting it. The specs for the Samsung T220HD speak for themselves. As a primary monitor I connect to my desktop via the Digital Interface 1, and I can crank the resolution to the maximum 1680 x 1050 and connect my laptop via the VGA interface. The power button can be configured to stay on [suble red light] or turn it off. The colors and refresh speed are fast [recently upgrade my video card as well.]

The remote is convenient if you are watching TV or a movie on the PC, rather than look for the controls on the right side of the monitor. The remote can also change the brightness of the screen real fast. My only complain is that the speakers are missing some bass so I may still keep my old external speakers around or I'll tweak the sound setup until I find the right combo.
As a TV set, it works out of the box, the cable TV looks so sharp in widescreen format. Overall, my best purchase in 2009 so far.
I'll get another one for my daughter in college as well!

The monitor/TV is attractive and looked great on my desk. It has a beautiful picture and satisfactory sound, but I wanted to use it as a computer monitor while also watching TV on it and it didn't come with the picture-in-picture feature. I ended up exchanging it for a 19 inch that had the functionality I wanted.

I was looking for a small LCD television with a great picture. This Samsung really met our needs. The price was very fair, shipping prompt and we are very pleased.

To leave feedback for the seller is rigged and I'm quite annoyed by that but I will leave feedback for the item itself. First and foremost this is not a television - it is a computer monitor that you can use as a television. Go to Samsung's website and you will find this product listed under their computer section. I have DirecTV and the box I have associated with this MONITOR is a Tivo box. For me, the picture is not clear enough so I now have to spend $200 and upgrade to a HD DVR from DirecTV. This MONITOR is NOT wall-mountable so I was extrememly disappointed in that because had I did more research on this MONITOR I would not have gotten it and instead gotten a real HD television with a DVD player. I had to resort to buying a shelf from Target with a couple of sturdy wall brackets to put it on. The stand does not tilt so you cannot have this TV too high up on a piece of furniture. FYI I paid $215 for a refurbished item and I will say that it looks brand new. I do not like the remote (looks really cheap as in when remotes first came out) but it does the job. I have this in my bedroom it's not my main television. Also I have heard people complain about the sound but for my small bedroom, the sound is fine.

I was looking for a 20+ inch monitor when I came across this on eBay. 22 inches of LCD and a tv to boot for $220. Had to take a shot at it!!!
As a monitor it is truly plug and play. The electronics calibrated and set itself up without my having to intercede.

As a TV this machine is fantastic. I feed it a standard signal from my old rooftop antenna and after a OFF THE AIR scan found I could get 54 stations HD and rock solid. Truly a feat since I live in West Virginia and am viewing both Washington and Baltimore stations that are over 80 miles away. Nobody who sees it can believe it.
We have Comcast basic cable and when I hooked up found I was getting 115 digital and 97 analog channels. The tuner locked on to more channels then we have ever seen.

TV arrived in like new condition. Excellent picture and sound. Perfect size for our bedroom. We like it so much we just purchased a second one for our camper.

This TV is great! Just the right size for our bedroom use. It was received in a very short period of time. We were so happy with this purchase, that we even bought a second one for our daughter.

first of all.. you have to keep in mind its used and refurbished...secondly it works great ...i only had one minor scratch on the tv and it wasint on the screen....all in all if your looking for a cheap name brand tv i highly suggest purchasing this....these tv's run for 400 dollars after tax and i purchased mine for 220.01...you do the math
