Pros/Cons from a current Behold Owner!

I love this phone, and after using it for quite a while, i decided to post up a review with pros/cons of the phone and TIPS for both new users and users who currently have the phone...
Touch Screen:
The Samsung Behold is a great phone with its sleek touch screen interface and its features that are sure to impress most cell phone users. The touch screen is easy to use, and so is the on-screen QWERTY keyboard (which comes up when it is held horizontally). However, if you have larger fingers it might take some getting used to it as the touch screen buttons are not that big. I have larger fingers, but i got used to the texting in a week.
Battery Life:
One of the most important things about a cell phone is the battery and how long it lasts. I've had the phone for a while, and the battery life can fluctuate but its not bad overall. If you use the phone lightly (maybe 50 texts a day, an hour talk time, the rest its just in your pocket) then expect at least 3-4 days of life before the battery reaches 1 of 5 bars left. If you are a mild user, meaning 50-100 texts a day, 2-2.5 hrs talk time, then expect about a maximum of 3 days before it reaches the 1 of 5 battery bars left. If you are a heavy user (which i am most of the time) meaning you text 150+ texts easily a day and spend at least 2.5+ hrs on the phone talking expect it to last you 24 hrs before you have to charge it. I've never had to charge it during the day even under heavy use, i've talked 2 hrs on the phone send & recieved ~500 texts in a day and it still lasted me 12.5 hrs before charging it. GPS (Which is a cool feature on this phone) decreases your battery life rapidly though, so use it sparingly. I find that the audio and video playback are actually not that draining on battery life, i can watch 30 mins of video and it will drop 1 bar out of the 5...which isn't bad when compared to other phones.
GPS:
TeleNav GPS is a great feature to have, the only thing T-Mobile doesn't tell you is that its a 14 day trial of it and after that to use the TeleNav feature you'll have to cough up an extra $9.99/mo. Is it worth it? It depends..i find telenav quite accurate, it knows exactly where i am and i can easily search for places around me (its great when you need to know where the closest <insert store name here> is and how you can get to it) The only downsides are that its a drain on battery life, i've used it for an hour in 3D mode and i dropped to about half battery from a full charge. The other issue is that it only works outside for the most part and where you have a clear view of the sky, otherwise it will get stuck at around 96% loading.
TIP: If your in the car using it...(DONT use it if your driving- this is illegal in many states and dangerous) But if your in the car and you have a passanger who can safely use it for you and you have a moonroof/sunroof, open it. I find it helps with getting the GPS signal to function better.
Music/Video Player:
The Music/Video player is a great feature of the phone as well. You can load up all your tunes on the phone (or with the included 1gb MicroSD card). Your music will play pretty much flawlessly, the phone has enough volume for most people and it won't rapidly drain your battery. If your using the video player, make sure the video is in .mp4 format and no larger then 320x240 for optimal play. (I find that 320x200 .mp4 format is better because you can zoom to fit the screen).
TIP: A microSD card of up to 16GB can be used :)
