Samsung SGH T509 (T-Mobile)

This is a great phone for someone who wants a slim and simple phone with a camera. It's got some other features such as bluetooth and other bells and whistles, but if you prefer KEWL PHEATURES in KEWL FONES - do buy a Motorola RAZR/SLVR and watch it fall apart in 6-9 months.

Anyone who had a top-of-the-line Samsung phone will tell you they are rock solid and they last. This one is no exclusion - very solid build, slim shape (thinner than ANY phone currently sold in U.S.), great LCD, decent camera excellent phone for the money.

I go this phone recently and I love it. It is truly very easy to use, has everything I need and a little more. I'm not quite sure why the last reviewer called it junk. I had a phone for the last 2 years from Nextel with many handset and service problems so this is a relief. This phone is quite different for someone like me who has always had a flip phone. Due to it's size (thin) it doesn't "cradle" very well between your shoulder and ear, but hey...we're not suppose to do that anyway. I have found that bluetooth is now my best friend just put on the ear piece and go. This phone will fit anywhere and it is so light you forget that it's in your pocket. It takes great pictures and video, I can get my E-mail and my choice of IM's through AIM, Messenger, ICQ, Yahoo. For the average and slightly above average personal need this phone is great.

This phone is awesome. The person who left the negative review obviously has a horrible sense of value. This phone has everything and more that a normal person would want. If you are looking for pda then get a pda. If you want a great phone with bluetooth, spkr phone, camera, video recorder, an incredible samsung display with additional features not found in any other phone I have seen, and good battery life then this phone is a great option. Also one additional feature which was important in my decision was it's size and weight. I don't like wearing my phone on my hip because it bangs things and damages the phone, but with the auto keypad lock and it's size and weight I can put this in my pocket and not feel like I am walking with a limp. I worked directly for T-Mobile and I would only choose a Nokia or Samsung phone because they work great, have the least amount of problems and last forever. THis is a very stylish, light phone with an awsome color screen, messenger, voice recorder, camera and short video clip camcorder. Sound and battery life are excellent. super light.
