Samsung SGH S105 (T-Mobile)

I happen to like this older phone model. It has a larger screen than most. If you do not want a camera or music phone, this is a very reliable phone. It is easy to use and is organized logically. I have bought a couple of extra of this model as I have become very comfortable with it.

I use this phone since 2002, and it just works. When the signal is weak, this phone makes it work. Incoming calls are very clean. The keys still work after 4 years. If you need a phone that works without all the gadgets that eat your battery, go for it. You find them for a reasonable price on eBay. Whhen I had to replace my wife's phone in 2006, I got her another one of these. At the end of the day, the reason you're probably buying a phone is to talk to people. This works!

this has been my favorite phone of all time. im very impatience so i like this phone cause it so easy to use. it have awesome crisp clear sound, nice ringtones from music to nature sound to beautiful melodies, have that nice neon blue light on the dial pad, clear and bright colors and very comfortable to hold. i have 2 set of this and about to get another one incase theres no more of them in the future. thats how much i love this model!! one of my phone did went black on me after 4 years of use and have to turn it on and off to be able to see the screen again. and once i close the flip it go black. but hey after long good use things do go bad. its just normal

This is an older phone I purchased to replace one just like it due to a malfunctioning screen. I like this phone because it is really simple to use and has one of the lowest SAR (specific absorption rate) ratings available. This rating, which most phone sales people aren't even aware of (or choose not to talk about) provides a measure of radiation absorbed by the body and head when using the phone. All phones must have this rating. The lower rating, the better! Especially with the increased use of cell phones by children, this rating is very important since kids are more vunerable to radiation. This phone also has a really pleasant ring tone, called "clear sound" that is not annoying and when people hear it, they say "what a nice ring".

Reliable, nice features, quality work, good value. Would be nice if it came with a camera. I now use a Sony Ericsson and I miss the nice menus on my old Samsung.

Although the eBay phone guide said the phone should work with my local Cingular network, it works very poorly. I don't get adequate reception in my home or most other places where my family's Cingular phones work well. Also, the display often does not work; when I open the lid I often see just a black screen even though the phone is on; I have to turn it off and on again to make a call. So I'm very disappointed.

would not work in my area, and am stuck with it..... yeehaw
the phone seems real nice and imagine that its a good phone in the right area
