Brand & ease of use. My wife is extremely happy with this phone. extremely fast & easy to use. Love the full keyboard. Has used several Palms & was not real happy with them. then went to a blackjack II & liked it so tried the Jack & loves it very much. Has great recption.

Bought this phone for my 18 year old for Christmas because this is all he wanted. I bought it used so when it got here I got my 20 year old to try it out and make sure that it was working right. He LOVED this phone. I don't know that much about it but he told me the phone does it all. He said the keyboard was great and was inpressed how well the reception was on such a high tech phone. He now is very jealous of his brother and says he wants one too. Would highly reccommend.

i bought a samsung jack for my daughter.great price!!!!very prompt delivery,exactly as advertised and i would buy from him again.the jack retails for $379 bucks and i picked this up for $139,very good price.rickgmathews@yahoo.com

Nice Product but no blackberry....
) Nice attempt to incorporate the features wanted into one Windows Mobile device.
The speaker is poor at best and bluetooth earpieces don't seem to give you the auto pickup option you must constantly acknowledge each call.
Nice device since it is "Window" friendly and offers WIFI.
Guess if you want the Cadillac... you have to buy it to be fully happy.
